Very detailed and colorful "popote" (straw) artwork. Signed Arturo Hernandez. Also marked Pto. Vallarta, Jal. Mexico (Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco) Depicts town with church in background. Each small straw was colored, cut and placed one at a time to make the picture.
